Betty L. (Hollingsworth) Felker

Betty L. (Hollingsworth) Felker, age 90, of Jasonville, passed away peacefully at  home, on Tuesday, March 16, 2021.  She was born in Linton, IN on April 17, 1930, to Mark  Hollingsworth and Glyde Alice (Thomas) Hollingsworth .

Betty married the love of her life, Rev. Thomas W. Felker and together they raised a wonderful, loving family.  Betty enjoyed I.U. Basketball, fishing, spending time with her family and was a loved by many.  She retired from RCA in Bloomington,  was a longtime member of Lebanon Baptist Church, and the American Legion Ladies Auxiliary.

Betty is survived by her children, Kennny (Linda) Felker, Marvin Felker, Tanna (Jeff) Samm, Kevin Felker, Jack (Sharon) Felker, Sue Feutz, grandchildren, Jodi (Keith) Trussel, Stacie Felker, Josh Ray, Joe (Melia) Ray, Sarah Elkins, Sydney (Jake) Hogan, Tarrin (Sarosh) Ahmed, Kaitlyn Mills, Emily Mills, Jeremy Felker, Leslie Felker (Michael Merideth), Jake (Jade) Felker, Bill (Donna) Reintjes, Travis (Tammie) Reintjes, Jarrod (Scarlet) Samm, Jessie Samm, Justin Samm, Daniel Felker, Joshua (Alicia) Felker, Anthony Felker, Devin Felker, Thomas (Angela) Felker, Michael Felker, Richard Felker, Jennifer (Jeff) Wilson, Stevie Dunning, many great-grandchildren, two great-great grandchild, siblings, Wayne (Sarah) Hollingsworth, Jim (Judy) Hollingsworth, brother-in-law, Rolston Hudson, and many nieces, nephews and cousins.

Betty was preceded in death by her parents, husband, daughter-in-law, Shelly Felker, siblings, Grace Corbin, Mary Hudson, Herschel Hollingsworth, Eita Walton, brother-in-laws, Frank Corbin, Boot Walton and sister-in-law, Cleota Hollingworth.

Funeral service will be 11:00 AM, Saturday, March 20, 2021 at the Lebanon Baptist Church, 6862 North State Road 59, Linton.  Pastor Mike Rotman will officiate.  Burial will follow in Fairview Cemetery in Linton.

Visitation will be held 4:00 PM until 8:00 PM on Friday, March 19, 2021 and again 10:00 AM until the time of service on Saturday, all at the Church.

Memorial contributions may be made to the Lebanon Baptist Food Pantry.

Due to Covid 19 restrictions, mask and social distancing are required to attend the funeral.
