Barbara Lee (Gregg) Musselman
/Barbara Lee Musselman, 91, of Newberry, Indiana, passed peacefully from this life on October 13, 2025, at her home with family by her side. She was born on October 16, 1933, in Shelburn, Indiana, to Richard and Freida (Reese) Gregg. Barbara married the love of her life, Amos K. Musselman, on September 28, 1951.
Barbara was a devoted member of the Newberry Cornerstone Church and the Newberry Women’s Missions. She was also a member of the Order of the Eastern Star #198 and served as a Grand Representative of Yukon/British Columbia. Barbara was also active with the Newberry Progressive Club and the Greene Co. Coin Club. She was a homemaker and loved taking care of her home, family and working in her flower garden.
Family left to cherish the memory of Barbara include her husband, Amos Musselman; son, Ritch (Angel) Musselman; daughters, Becky (Darrell) Arthur and Judy (Brian) Wiles, all of Newberry; grandchildren, Lacy (Joe) Kantor, Jarrod (Angie) Arthur, Ashlee (Tyler) Martin, Allison (Randy) Kloss, Timi (Matt) Thompson, Tiffany (Kyle) Harrell, Tiera Jordan, Colten (Allison) Gregory, and Morgan Musselman; sister, Patricia ‘Patty’ Ann Poe, of Linton, as well as many nieces, nephews, and 14 great-grandchildren. She was also survived by her sisters-in-law, June Gregg, Mary Hanna and Judy Musselman.
Barbara was preceded in death by her parents; son, Amos Timothy Musselman; brother, Don Gregg; sister, Donnabelle Anlitner and granddaughter, Danielle Lynn Arthur.
Funeral services to honor the memory of Barbara will be at 11:00 AM on Thursday, October 16, 2025, at Newberry Cornerstone Church in Newberry with Pastor Bob Bruner and Pastor Robert Duley officiating. Barbara will be laid to rest in Newberry Cemetery.
Family and friends may call from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM on Wednesday, October 15 and from 10:00 AM until the time of service at 11:00 AM on Thursday, October 16 at the church. An Eastern Star Memorial Service, presented by the Newberry OES #198, will be at 7:00 PM on Wednesday at the church.
Memorial contributions may be made to the Newberry Cemetery and Newberry Cornerstone Church. Envelopes will be available at the church.
