Arthur H. Fonceca, age 70, of Linton, passed away on Wednesday, August 1, 2018, at Regional Hospital in Terre Haute.  He was born in Los Angeles, California, on October 1, 1947, the son of Arthur H. Sr. & Reval (Soloman) Fonceca.  

Art was a veteran of the United States Army, serving during the Vietnam War.  He was a truck driver, retiring in 2010 from PTL in Indianapolis.  

Art loved fishing, playing the lottery, and spending time with his grandchildren.

He is survived by his wife of 42 years, Peggy (Boulanger) Fonceca of Linton, his three children, Chad Fonceca of Las Vegas, Caressa Fonceca of Linton, and Candice (Mike) Tatlock of Linton, grandchildren, Ashley Price, Jordin Fonceca, Christian Price, Krystiana Gutierrez, Jasmine Fonceca, Ian Fonceca, Andrew Robinson, Devon Robinson, Ashlyn Tatlock, Whitney Tatlock, Brook Tatlock, Breyland Tatlock, and Devin Tatlock, and great-children, Sophia Price, Ali Turner, and Grayson Allen.  

He was preceded in death by his parents.

A visitation will be held at Welch & Cornett Funeral Home in Linton on Sunday, August 5, 2018, from 2:00 - 6:00 P.M.
