Allan Junior Kirkley

Allan Junior Kirkley, 56, of Switz City, passed away on Sunday, July 17, 2022 at his
daughter’s residence in Bloomfield. Born February 28, 1966 in Washington, Indiana, he was the son of Robert Kirkley Jr “Junior” and Barbara N (Sparks) Kirkley.

Allan retired from Indiana Limestone as a heavy equipment operator.

In his free time, he enjoyed riding his motorcycle, fishing, and spending time with his
kids and grandkids. He was free spirited with a strong personality and loved to joke and
laugh with his family and friends.

Surviving relatives include: his children, Courtney Marie O’Connor (Jason), Nicholas
Allan Kirkley, Bradley Jason Kirkley (Blaise) and Samantha Renee Barksdale (Derek);
his siblings, Charles Kirkley, Michael Kirkley and Sandra Sue Kirkley; grandchildren,
Madison O’Connor, Aaliyah O’Connor, Emily O’Connor, Joseph O’Connor, Jonathan
Helton and Adrienne Helton.

He was preceded in death by his parents.

There will be no public visitation. A Celebration of Life will be held on Sunday July 24th
at a private residence. Contact immediate family members for more information.
