April 20, 3:49 p.m., Nickolas Terry Scott McBride, 19, Shelburn, was arrested on a warrant for theft of a firearm. No bond was allowed.

Defendants are presumed innocent until proven guilty. Individuals are booked into jail on warrants issued by courts or on “preliminary charges” based on recommendations of investigating or arresting officers. Charges may change when a new case is filed in court by the prosecutor who reviews the case and makes the charging decision.
