New entries on the morning Jail Log at the Greene County Sheriff’s Department on Monday, Aug. 3, 2026:

July 31, 12:18 p.m., Daniel Lee Puett, 49, Bloomington, was arrested on a warrant for disorderly conduct. No bond was allowed.

July 31, 3:18 p.m., Christopher Alan Brown, 55, Jasonville, was arrested on a warrant for driving while suspended with a prior suspension within 10 years. His bond was set at $5,000 surety with 10% cash allowed.

Aug. 1, 2:55 a.m., Ailena Lynn Danita, 49, Linton, was arrested on a preliminary charge of operating a vehicle while intoxicated. Her bond was set at $4,000 surety with 10% cash allowed. She was released after posting $400.

Aug. 2, 12:04 a.m., Reece Thomas Carman, 21, Neoga, Ill., was arrested on a preliminary charge of possession of marijuana. He was held on a surety-only bond.

Aug. 2, 2:34 a.m., Tara Kaye Helton, 55, Jasonville, was arrested on preliminary charges of possession of methamphetamine and possession of paraphernalia. No bond was allowed.

Aug. 2, 9:24 p.m., James Westley Czarnecke, 27, Terre Haute, was arrested on a warrant for theft when the value of the property is at least $750 but less than $50,000 and false informing. His bond was set at $4,500 surety with 10% cash allowed.

Aug. 3, 3:11 p.m., Joshua Ray Trinkle, 39, Solsberry, was arrested on a preliminary charge of domestic battery in the presence of a child less than 16 years old. No bond was allowed.
