New entries on the morning Jail Log at the Greene County Sheriff’s Department on Monday, Aug. 24, 2026:

Aug. 21, 12:21 p.m., Rodney J. McBrady, 57, Indianapolis, was arrested on a warrant for battery with bodily injury and disorderly conduct. His bond was set at $5,000 surety with 10% cash allowed. 

Aug. 21, 10:37 p.m., Teresa Diane Monier, 44, Coalmont, was arrested on preliminary charges of possession of marijuana, possession of a Schedule II, III, or IV controlled substance, and possession of paraphernalia. No bond was allowed. 

Aug. 24, 3:03 a.m., Joseph Michael McBride, 49, Linton, was arrested on preliminary charges of possession of methamphetamine, possession of marijuana, and possession of paraphernalia. No bond was allowed.

Defendants are presumed innocent until proven guilty. Individuals are booked into jail on warrants issued by courts or on “preliminary charges” based on recommendations of investigating or arresting officers. Charges may change when a new case is filed in court by the prosecutor who reviews the case and makes the charging decision.
