June 8, 12:08 p.m., Navy Josef Taylor, 19, Mitchell, was arrested on a warrant for battery. His bond was set at $5,000 surety with 10% cash allowed.
June 8, 1:42 p.m., Christopher William Cecil, 31, Bloomington, was arrested on a warrant for domestic battery in the presence of a child less than 16 years old, confinement, interfering with the reporting of a crime, and intimidation. No bond was allowed.
