New entries on the morning Jail Log at the Greene County Sheriff’s Department on Wednesday, June 24, 2026:

June 23, 9:43 p.m., Joseph Leland Henry, 43, Newberry, was arrested on a writ of attachment for direct contempt of court. He was held on a $500 cash only bond. He was released after posting $500. 

June 24, 7:36 a.m., Cody Wayne Matthew Grubb, 29, Solsberry, was arrested on a warrant for invasion of privacy, domestic battery, and intimidation.

Defendants are presumed innocent until proven guilty. Individuals are booked into jail on warrants issued by courts or on “preliminary charges” based on recommendations of investigating or arresting officers. Charges may change when a new case is filed in court by the prosecutor who reviews the case and makes the charging decision.
