New entries on the morning Jail Log at the Greene County Sheriff’s Department on Tuesday, April 28, 2026:

April 27, 1:00 p.m., Oscar Milen Foster, III, 47, Terre Haute, was arrested on an out-of-county warrant for child molesting. No bond was allowed. 

April 27, 1:37 p.m., Brian Lee Weddle, 45, Bloomington, was arrested on a warrant for operating a vehicle while intoxicated–endangerment. No bond was allowed. 

April 17, 8:56 p.m., Kristina Ashlee Schneck, 30, Switz City, was arrested on preliminary charges of domestic battery, residential entry, and interfering with the reporting of a crime. No bond was allowed.

Defendants are presumed innocent until proven guilty. Individuals are booked into jail on warrants issued by courts or on “preliminary charges” based on recommendations of investigating or arresting officers. Charges may change when a new case is filed in court by the prosecutor who reviews the case and makes the charging decision.
