New entries on the morning Jail Log at the Greene County Sheriff’s Department on Thursday, April 2, 2026:

April 1, 9:48 a.m., Jacob Andrew Strickland, 31, Solsberry, was arrested on a warrant for criminal mischief. No bond was allowed. 

April 1, 10:59 a.m., Charity Lynn Sells, 47, Switz City, was arrested on a preliminary charge of possession of methamphetamine. No bond was allowed. 

April 2, 1:34 a.m., Heidi Marie Stout, 44, Bloomfield, was arrested on a warrant for possession of a Schedule II, III, or IV controlled substance. No bond was allowed.

Defendants are presumed innocent until proven guilty. Individuals are booked into jail on warrants issued by courts or on “preliminary charges” based on recommendations of investigating or arresting officers. Charges may change when a new case is filed in court by the prosecutor who reviews the case and makes the charging decision.
