March 27, 10:00 a.m., Gavin Jacob Gilstrap, 19, Lyons, was arrested on preliminary charges of operating a vehicle while intoxicated, minor in possession of alcohol, and leaving the scene of a crash. His bond was set at $5,000 surety with 10% cash allowed. He was released after posting $500.
