New entries on the morning Jail Log at the Greene County Sheriff’s Department on Friday, March 13, 2026:

March 12, 9:04 a.m., Emila Louise Criss, 36, Linton, was arrested on a warrant for domestic battery. No bond was allowed. 

March 12, 5:49 p.m., Dylan Matthew Hutcherson, 34, Worthington, was arrested on a warrant for driving while suspended with a prior suspension within 10 years. His bond was set at $5,000 surety with 10% cash allowed.

Defendants are presumed innocent until proven guilty. Individuals are booked into jail on warrants issued by courts or on “preliminary charges” based on recommendations of investigating or arresting officers. Charges may change when a new case is filed in court by the prosecutor who reviews the case and makes the charging decision.
