New entries on the morning Jail Log at the Greene County Sheriff’s Department on Friday, Nov. 6, 2026: 

Nov. 5, 11:35 a.m., Brayden Larry Lynn Rowland, 21, Whiteland, was arrested on a warrant for invasion of privacy, strangulation against a pregnant woman, and domestic battery-bodily injury to a pregnant family member. No bond was allowed. 

Nov. 5, 3:59 p.m., Coty Lee Parsley, 34, Lyons, was arrested on a warrant for possession of methamphetamine and possession of cocaine or a narcotic drug. No bond was allowed. 

Nov. 5, 10:06 p.m., Kelly Ann Sebastian, 50, Martinsville, was arrested on a warrant for possession of methamphetamine, battery against a public safety official engaged in official duty, resisting law enforcement, and possession of paraphernalia. No bond was allowed.

Defendants are presumed innocent until proven guilty. Individuals are booked into jail on warrants issued by courts or on “preliminary charges” based on recommendations of investigating or arresting officers. Charges may change when a new case is filed in court by the prosecutor who reviews the case and makes the charging decision.
