Oct. 23, 9:02 a.m., Tyler James Kolbe, 36, Ellettsville, was arrested on preliminary charges of operating a vehicle with an alcohol concentration equivalent to .15 or more and operating a vehicle while intoxicated. His bond was set at $4,000 surety with 10% cash allowed. He was released after posting $400.

Oct. 23, 6:54 p.m., Matthew R. Pate, 40, Bloomington, was arrested on preliminary charges of driving while suspended with a prior conviction within 10 years and possession of marijuana. His bond was set at $1,500 surety with 10% cash allowed. He was released after posting $150.

Oct. 24, 7:13 p.m., Brent Nelson Helms, 41, Newberry, was arrested on a warrant for resisting law enforcement–simple assault from suspect. His bond was set at $10,000 surety with 10% cash allowed. He was released after posting $1,000.

Oct. 25, 6:50 p.m., Bryce Colton Vandivier, 31, Bloomington, was arrested on preliminary charges of public indecency and public intoxication. His bond was set at $1,000 surety with 10% cash allowed.

Oct. 26, 2:29 a.m., Kevin Douglas Elsmore, 53, Solsberry, was arrested on a warrant for confinement, strangulation, and domestic battery. No bond was allowed.

Oct. 26, 2:38 a.m., Melissa Ann Scott, 41, Martinsville, was arrested on preliminary charges of possession of methamphetamine and possession of paraphernalia. No bond was allowed.
