Jan. 23, 12:58 p.m., Krystal Anne Shepard, 40, Spencer, was arrested on a warrant for neglect of a dependent/child violation and juvenile/family compulsory school attendance law violation. Her bond was set at $4,500 surety with 10% cash allowed. She was released after posting $450.

Jan. 23, 6:04 p.m., Kirstin Ann Workman, 46, Bloomfield, was arrested on a warrant for operating a vehicle while intoxicated–endangerment and interfering with public safety. No bond was allowed.

Jan. 24, 8:24 a.m., Brayden Larry Lynn Rowland, 20, Lebanon, was arrested on a warrant for invasion of privacy and strangulation. No bond was allowed.

Jan. 24, 11:12 p.m., Jared Michael Rush, 42, Worthington, was arrested on a preliminary charge of domestic battery. No bond was allowed.

Jan. 25, 6:14 a.m., Michael Patrick Linares Clark, 24, Norfolk, Va., was arrested on preliminary charges of operating a vehicle while intoxicated and obstruction of justice.
