Sept. 5, 11:43 a.m., Regina Elizabeth Deckard, 42, Worthington, was arrested on a warrant for operating a vehicle while intoxicated and habitual traffic violator. No bond was allowed.
Sept. 5, 12:58 p.m., Steven Brian Pearson, 65, Bloomfield, was arrested on a warrant for intimidation and criminal mischief. His bond was set at $4,500 surety with 10% cash allowed. He was released after posting $450.
Sept. 5, 8:40 p.m., Joel D. Moreno Moreno, 25, Solsberry, was arrested on preliminary charges of driving while suspended–conviction of a criminal offense and driving while suspended with a prior suspension within 10 years. On the first charge, his bond was set at $1,000 surety with 10% cash allowed, while on the second charge, his bond was set at $5,000 surety with 10% cash allowed. He was released after posting $600.
Sept. 5, 11:49 p.m., Sheri Renee Hamilton, 57, Lyons, was arrested on a preliminary charge of operating a vehicle while intoxicated. Her bond was set at $4,000 surety with 10% cash allowed. She was released after posting $400.
Sept. 6, 9:40 p.m., Christopher Eugene Walton, 54, Linton, was arrested on a preliminary charge of possession of methamphetamine. On that charge, no bond was allowed. He was also arrested on a warrant for possession of methamphetamine, possession of a hypodermic needle or syringe, and possession of paraphernalia. On those charges, his bond was set at $10,000 surety with 10% cash allowed. He was also arrested on a warrant for possession of methamphetamine and possession of paraphernalia. On those charges, his bond was set at $10,000 surety with 10% cash allowed. Additionally, he was arrested on a warrant for domestic battery. His bond was set at $5,000 surety with 10% cash allowed.
Sept. 7, 1:45 a.m., Matthew Phillip Pugh, 26, Carlisle, was arrested on a warrant for operating a vehicle while intoxicated. No bond was allowed.
Sept. 7, 6:35, Alan Franklin Ballard, 29, Linton, was arrested on a preliminary charge of domestic battery in the presence of a child less than 16 years old. No bond was allowed.
Sept. 8, 12:47 a.m., Travis Ray Bland, 45, Bloomfield, was arrested on a warrant for direct contempt of court. His bond was set at $1,800 cash only.
