New entries on the morning Jail Log at the Greene County Sheriff’s Department on Monday, Aug. 11, 2025:

Aug. 8, 12:21 p.m., Dalton John Wright, 23, Sullivan, was arrested on a warrant for theft when the value of property is at least $750 and less than $50,000. No bond was allowed.

Aug. 8, 12:37 p.m., Todd Allen Patton, 60, Poland, was arrested on a warrant for domestic battery. His bond was set at $5,000 surety with 10% cash allowed.

Aug. 9, 2:30 p.m., Monique Chontel Merriwether, 34, Solsberry, was arrested on a preliminary charge of domestic battery in the presence of a child less than 16 years old. No bond was allowed.

Aug. 9, 7:32 p.m., Travis Lee Bottoms, II, 42, Worthington, was arrested on a preliminary charge of driving while suspended with a prior suspension within 10 years. His bond was set at $1,000 surety with 10% cash allowed. He was released after posting $100.

Aug. 10, 4:37 p.m., Shanna Michelle Lehr, 42, Bloomfield, was arrested on a warrant for possession of methamphetamine. No bond was allowed.

Aug. 10, 7:29 p.m., Alyssa Jo Allen, 28, Linton, was arrested on preliminary charges of operating a vehicle while intoxicated with an alcohol concentration of .15 or more, operating a vehicle while intoxicated with a prior conviction, and operating a vehicle while intoxicated–endangerment. Her bond was set at $8,000 surety with 10% cash allowed.

Aug. 11, 12:11 a.m., Drake Ryan Robertson, 24, Springville, was arrested on a preliminary charge of domestic battery with bodily injury to a pregnant family member. No bond was allowed.

Aug. 11, 12:33 a.m., Tabitha Ann Tosti, 44, Jasonville, was arrested on a warrant for driving while suspended with a prior suspension within 10 years. Her bond was set at $10,000 surety with 10% cash allowed.
