New entries on the morning Jail Log at the Greene County Sheriff’s Department on Friday, Aug. 1, 2025:

July 31, 9:27 a.m., David Dale Foster, 64, Bloomfield, was arrested on a warrant for driving while suspended with a prior suspension within 10 years. His bond was set at $5,000 surety with 10% cash allowed. He was released after posting $500. 

July 31, 4:52 p.m., Robert Nelson Williams, 38, Jasper, was arrested on a preliminary charge of identity deception. His bond was set at $4,000 surety with 10% cash allowed. He was also arrested on an out-of-county warrant for failure to appear. On that charge, no bond was allowed. 

July 31, 11:13 p.m., William Douglas Major, 41, Bloomfield, was arrested on a preliminary charge of domestic battery. No bond was allowed.
