New entries on the morning Jail Log at the Greene County Sheriff’s Department on Tuesday, May 6, 2025:

May 5, 4:24 p.m., Cory Dennis Brothers, 34, homeless, was arrested on a warrant for domestic battery. No bond was allowed. Greene County Sheriff’s Department Special Deputy Trista Myers was the arresting officer.

Defendants are presumed innocent until proven guilty. Individuals are booked into jail on warrants issued by courts or on “preliminary charges” based on recommendations of investigating or arresting officers. Charges may change when a new case is filed in court by the prosecutor who reviews the case and makes the charging decision.
