Greene County Jail Log

New entries on the morning Jail Log at the Greene County Sheriff’s Department on Wednesday, Dec. 31, 2025:

Dec. 30, 1:32 p.m., James Stephens Placek, homeless, 57, was arrested on a warrant for burglary. No bond was allowed. 

Dec. 30, 3:59 p.m., Michael Scott Edmonson, 56, Linton, was arrested on preliminary charges of operating a vehicle while intoxicated and leaving the scene of a property damage crash. His bond was set at $4,500 surety with 10% cash allowed. 

Dec. 30, 10:11 p.m., Brock Jerrett Ferree, 39, Linton, was arrested on a warrant for theft when the property value is at least $750 and less than $50,000. His bond was set at $4,000 surety with 10% cash allowed.
