Nov. 17, 7:31 p.m., Alexus Kay Lynn Smithes, 33, Martinsville, was arrested on preliminary charges of operating a vehicle while intoxicated, operating a vehicle while intoxicated–endangerment, operating a vehicle with an alcohol concentration equivalent to at least .15 percent or more, and operating a vehicle while intoxicated with a prior conviction. Her bond was set at $8,000 surety with 10% cash allowed.

Nov. 17, 9:28 p.m., Jonathon Lee Durham, 47, Bloomfield, was arrested on preliminary charges of strangulation and domestic battery in the presence of a child less than 16 years old. No bond was allowed.

Nov. 17, 10:27 p.m., Heidi Marie Stout, 44, Bloomfield, was arrested on preliminary charges of driving while suspended with a prior suspension within 10 years and possession of a Schedule I substance. No bond was allowed.
