New entries on the morning Jail Log at the Greene County Sheriff’s Department on Monday, Oct. 20, 2025:

Oct. 17, 1:45 p.m., Victor Priadkin, 25, Bloomfield, was arrested on a warrant for interfering with law enforcement using a vehicle, criminal recklessness, and operating a motor vehicle without ever receiving a license. No bond was allowed. 

Oct. 17, 11:09 p.m., Tamara Sue Marsh, 62, Worthington, was arrested on a preliminary charge of operating a vehicle while intoxicated. Her bond was set at $4,000 surety with 10% cash allowed. 

Oct. 19, 6:31 p.m., William Lee Gray, 34, Switz City, was arrested on preliminary charges of domestic battery and intimidation. No bond was allowed.

Defendants are presumed innocent until proven guilty. Individuals are booked into jail on warrants issued by courts or on “preliminary charges” based on recommendations of investigating or arresting officers. Charges may change when a new case is filed in court by the prosecutor who reviews the case and makes the charging decision.
