New entries on the morning Jail Log at the Greene County Sheriff’s Department on Monday, July 8, 2024:

July 6, 5:15 PM, Todd Allen Parker, 53, Linton, was arrested on a warrant for driving while suspended with a prior suspension within 10 years. His bond was set at $5,000 surety with 1o% cash allowed. He was released the same day after posting $500. Linton Police Department Officer Mitchell Eberhardt was the arresting officer. 

July 6, 11:22 PM, Brian Robert Callihan, 42, Linton, was arrested on a warrant for possession of methamphetamine, possession of marijuana/hash oil/hashish/salvia, and possession of paraphernalia. On those charges, no bond was allowed. He was also arrested on a warrant for possession of a firearm by a serious violent felon and jacklighting—artificial light violation. On those charges, his bond was set at $15,000 surety with 10% cash allowed. He was also arrested on a warrant for three counts of habitual traffic violator, possession of methamphetamine, possession of a Schedule II, III, IV controlled substance, possession of paraphernalia, and leaving the scene of a property damage crash. On these charges, no bond was allowed. Linton Police Department Officer Nathan Kilgore was the arresting officer.

July 7, 2:15 AM, William Robert Sagarsee, 43, Linton, was arrested on preliminary charges of invasion of privacy and intimidation with a deadly weapon. No bond was allowed. Greene County Sheriff’s Department Sgt. Jordan Allor was the arresting officer.
