New entries on the morning Jail Log at the Greene County Sheriff’s Department on Wednesday, July 3, 2024:

July 2, 11:26 AM, Elijah Ray Haldeman, 35, Linton, was arrested on a warrant for battery against a public safety official engaged in official duty and public intoxication. 

July 2, 11:31 AM, Paul Eugene Sipes, 61, Bloomington, was arrested on a warrant for possession of methamphetamine and possession of marijuana/hash oil/hashish/salvia. No bond was allowed. Greene County Sheriff’s Department Deputy Zach Mead was the arresting officer. 

July 2, 4:05 PM, Christopher James Gordon, 29, was arrested on preliminary charges of possession of methamphetamine, possession of marijuana/hash oil/hashish/salvia, and possession of paraphernalia. No bond was allowed. Linton Police Department Officer Mitchell Eberhardt was the arresting officer.
