New entries on the morning Jail Log at the Greene County Sheriff’s Department on Friday, June 7, 2024:

June 6, 7:49 PM, Damian Scott Russell, 27, Linton, was arrested on a preliminary charge of domestic battery in the presence of a child less than 16 years old. His bond was set at $4,000 surety with 10% cash allowed. Linton Police Department Officer Mitchell Eberhardt was the arresting officer. 

June 6, 9:57 PM, Kelley Lee Kelly, 60, was arrested on a preliminary charge of operating a vehicle while intoxicated—endangerment and operating a vehicle while intoxicated. His bond was set at $4,000 surety with 10% cash allowed. He was released the following day after posting $400. Linton Police Department Officer Mitchell Eberbardt was the arresting officer.
