New entries on the morning Jail Log at the Greene County Sheriff’s Department on Tuesday, June 4, 2024:

June 3, 9:58 AM, Mark Aaron Davison, 61, Vincennes, was arrested on a warrant for dealing methamphetamine. No bond was allowed. 

June 3, 1:14 PM, Justin Hays Devol, 38, Ellettsville, was arrested on a warrant for domestic battery in the presence of a child less than 16 years old. His bond was set at $4,000 surety with 10% cash allowed. Greene County Sheriff’s Department Special Deputy Brandon Eads was the arresting officer. 

June 3, 3:26 PM, James Wyatt Fiscus, 42, Worthington, was arrested on a warrant for sexual misconduct with a minor/statutory rape. His bond was set at $105,000 with 10% cash allowed. He was released after posting $10,5000. Greene County Sheriff’s Department Special Deputy Trista Myers was the arresting officer. 

June 3, 3:55 PM, Matthew Jason Kolb, 50, Evansville, was arrested on a warrant for theft. His bond was set at $5,000 surety with 10% cash allowed. Greene County Sheriff’s Department Special Deputy Ted Holley was the arresting officer. 

June 3, 7:36 PM, Brandon Curtis Jamison, 36, Solsberry, was arrested on preliminary charges of possession of methamphetamine, battery against a public safety official engaged in official duty, interfering with public safety, operating a vehicle while intoxicated, and operating a vehicle while intoxicated—endangerment. No bond was allowed. Greene County Sheriff’s Department Deputy Caleb Sipes was the arresting officer. 

June 3, 8:23 PM, Caleb Arthur Hartley, 28, Bloomfield, was arrested on a warrant for criminal mischief, for which no bond was allowed. He was also arrested on a warrant for driving while suspended with a prior suspension within 10 years, leaving the scene of a property damage crash, and operating a vehicle while intoxicated. On those charges, his bond was set at $5,000 surety with 10% cash allowed. Greene County Sheriff’s Department Special Deputy Trista Myers was the arresting officer. 

June 4, 6:00 AM, Kailey Breanne Meadows, 25, Bedford, was arrested on a warrant for possession of cocaine or a narcotic drug, possession of a hypodermic needle or syringe, and possession of marijuana/hash oil/hashish/salvia. On those charges, her bond was set at $5,000 surety with 10% cash allowed. She was also booked on a warrant for possession of a hypodermic needle or syringe. On that charge, her bond was set at $10,000 surety with 10% cash allowed. Greene County Sheriff’s Department Special Deputy Brandon Eads was the arresting officer.
