April 19, 1:16 PM, Gerald Dean Pirtle, III, 40, Dugger, was arrested on a warrant for domestic battery in the presence of a child less than 16 years old and strangulation. No bond was allowed. Greene County Sheriff’s Department Deputy Zach Mead was the arresting officer.

April 19, 1:17 PM, Danielle Lee Franich, 35, Worthington, was arrested on a warrant for domestic battery and criminal mischief. Her bond was set at $5,000 surety with 10% cash allowed. Greene County Sheriff’s Department Deputy Adam Adcock was the arresting officer.
