New entries on the morning Jail Log at the Greene County Sheriff’s Department on Monday, Feb. 12, 2024:

Feb. 10, 2:19 AM, Skyler William McCallum, 22, Richland, was arrested on a warrant for confinement. His bond was set at $4,000 surety with 10% cash allowed. He was released after posting $400. Linton Police Department Officer Mitchell Eberhardt was the arresting officer. 

Feb. 10, 3:42 PM, Shane Aaron Martin, 43, Bloomfield, was arrested on a preliminary charge of invasion of privacy. He was held without bond. Greene County Sheriff’s Department Deputy Harvey Holt was the arresting officer. 

Feb. 11, 12:24 AM, Jackie Loren Stockrahm, 75, Waldron, was arrested on a preliminary charge of operating a vehicle while intoxicated. His bond was set at $4,000 surety with 10% cash allowed. He was released after posting $400. Linton Police Department Officer Jerrad Pirtle was the arresting officer.

Defendants are presumed innocent until proven guilty. Individuals are booked into jail on warrants issued by courts or on “preliminary charges” based on recommendations of investigating or arresting officers. Charges may change when a new case is filed in court by the prosecutor who reviews the case and makes the charging decision.
