Nov. 10, 4:30 p.m., James R. Nail, 76, Linton, was arrested on a preliminary charge of operating a vehicle while intoxicated. His bond was set at $4,000 surety with 10% cash allowed. He was released after posting $400. Indiana Conservation Officer Cole Hollingsworth was the arresting officer.

Nov. 10, 8:57 p.m., Kevin David Hancock, 43, Linton, was arrested on a preliminary charge of operating a vehicle while intoxicated. His bond was set at $4,000 surety with 10% cash allowed. He was released after posting $400. Linton Police Department Officer Davis Aerne was the arresting officer.

Nov. 11, 1:18 a.m., John Riley Martin, 23, Linton, was arrested on preliminary charges of criminal recklessness with a deadly weapon and pointing a firearm. His bond was set at $8,000 surety with 10% cash allowed. He was released after posting $800. Greene County Sheriff’s Department Deputy Andrew Weeks was the arresting officer.

Nov. 11, 11:25 p.m., Sharon Allyson Wiley, 60, Linton, was arrested on a warrant for criminal trespass. No bond was allowed. Linton Police Department Officer Davis Aerne was the arresting officer.
