New entries on the morning Jail Log at the Greene County Sheriff’s Department on Friday, Jan. 19, 2024:

Jan. 18, 8:20 AM, Kyle Mitchell Maggard, 31, Springville, was arrested on preliminary charges of domestic battery in the presence of a child less than 16 years old and possession of paraphernalia. His bond was set at $4,500 surety with 10% cash allowed. Greene County Sheriff’s Department Deputy Camron Frye was the arresting officer. 

Jan. 18, 11:05 PM, Lindsey Marie Sullivan, 35, Linton, was arrested on a warrant for driving while suspended with a prior suspension within 10 years. Her bond was set at $5,000 surety with 10% cash allowed. She was released after posting $500. Linton Police Department Officer Mitchell Eberbardt was the arresting officer.
