Sept. 14, 10:51 AM, Mindy Ann Culberson, 37, Carlisle, was arrested on an out-of-county warrant. No bond was allowed.

Sept. 15, 1:58 AM, William Gregg Ogden, 45, Lyons, was arrested on a preliminary charge of operating a vehicle while intoxicated. His bond was set at $4,000 surety or 10% cash. Linton Police Department Officer Jerrad Pirtle was the arresting officer.
