New entries on the morning Jail Log at the Greene County Sheriff’s Department on Monday, July 24, 2023:

July 21, 2:45 PM, Marissa Katherine Dyer, 28, Solsberry, was arrested on preliminary charges of invasion of privacy and domestic battery in the presence of a child less than 16 years of age. No bond was allowed. Greene County Sheriff’s Department Deputy Michael McGough was the arresting officer. 

July 22, 5:47 AM, Marlin Alexander Ball, 24, Linton, was arrested on preliminary charges of operating a vehicle while intoxicated, operating a vehicle while intoxicated-endangerment, and operating a vehicle while intoxicated. His bond was set at $4,000 surety with 10% cash allowed. He was released after posting $400. Linton Police Department Officer Alan Jackson was the arresting officer. 

July 22, 8:52 AM, Michael Orville Edmonson, 33, Linton, was arrested on a preliminary charge of operating a vehicle while intoxicated with a prior conviction within 10 years. His bond was set at $1,000 surety with 10% cash allowed. He was released after posting $100. Greene County Sheriff’s Department Deputy Harvey Holt was the arresting officer. 

July 22, 10:32 AM, Michael Wade Myers, 56, Dugger, was arrested on a warrant for operating with a controlled substance in the body. No bond was allowed. Greene County Sheriff’s Department Deputy Devan Goad was the arresting officer.
