New entries on the morning Jail Log at the Greene County Sheriff’s Department on Tuesday, June 20:

June 19, 1:02 PM, Kelly Whiting, 44, Solsberry, was arrested on a preliminary charge of operating a vehicle while intoxicated. His bond was set at $4,000 surety with 10% cash allowed. Greene County Sheriff’s Department Deputy Brenton Taylor was the arresting officer.
No mug shot was available at the time of the arrest.

Defendants are presumed innocent until proven guilty. Individuals are booked into jail on warrants issued by courts or on “preliminary charges” based on recommendations of investigating or arresting officers.
