His bond was set at $1000 surety with 10% cash allowed. He posted $100 and was released on May 6. Greene County Sheriff's Deputy Michael Stanley was the arresting officer.

May 5, 2023, 10:46 PM, Andrew Scott Gibbs, 18, Bloomfield, Indiana, was arrested on a new preliminary charge of misdemeanor possession of a controlled substance. He was being held without bond pending court appearance. Linton Police Officer Alan Jackson was the arresting officer.

May 5, 2023, 10:48 PM, Derrek Leevon Evans, 35, Solsberry, Indiana, was arrested on new preliminary charges of felony domestic battery and strangulation. His bond was set at $16,000 surety with 10% cash allowed. Greene County Sheriff's Deputy Camron Frye was the arresting officer.

May 6, 2023, 1:04 AM, Larry Lee Dougherty, 80, Jasonville, Indiana, was arrested on a new preliminary charge of misdemeanor leaving the scene of a property damage accident.
