May 15, 2023, 8:25 PM, Douglas L Sample, 60, Newberry, Indiana, was arrested on a warrant issued on a new charge of misdemeanor invasion of privacy. He was being held without bond. Greene County Sheriff's Deputy Caleb Sipes was the arresting officer.

May 15, 2023, 11:10 PM, Scott Lancaster, 54, Linton, Indiana, was arrested on a new preliminary charge of misdemeanor criminal trespassing. His bond was set at $1000 surety with 10% cash allowed. He posted $100 and was released on May 16. Linton Police Officer Mitchell Eberhardt was the arresting officer.
