May 5, 2023, 12:07 PM, Alicia M. Bendekovich, 49, Terre Haute, Indiana, was arrested on a warrant issued for failure to appear at her initial hearing on a charge of misdemeanor theft. She was transferred in from another facility. Her bond was set at $5000 surety with 10% cash allowed.

May 10, 2023, 7:57 AM, Aaron Joseph Beaver, 30, Dugger, Indiana, was arrested on a new preliminary charge of felony theft. His bond was set at $4000 surety with 10% cash allowed. Linton Police Officer JR Blazier was the arresting officer.
