April 29, 2023, 8:26 PM, Justine Elizabeth Gardner, 33, Elnora, Indiana, was arrested on a warrant issued out of another county in a case involving misdemeanor public indecency. She was being held without bond.

April 30, 2023, 2:23 PM, Marsha Ann Johnson, 56, Bloomington, Indiana, was arrested on a warrant issued for failure to appear in a case involving felony theft. Her bond was set at $5000 surety with 10% cash allowed. Greene County Sheriff's Deputy Devan Goad was the arresting officer.

Individuals are booked into jail on warrants issued by courts or on “preliminary charges” based on recommendations of investigating or arresting officers.
