April 18, 2023, 2:08 PM, Nathanael R. McCarty, 37, Evansville, Indiana, was arrested on a new preliminary charge of felony intimidation. His bond was set at $4000 surety with 10% cash allowed. Greene County Sheriff's Deputy Zachary Goad was the arresting officer.

April 18, 2023, 8:21 PM, April Lynn Boyd, 42, Dubois, Indiana, was arrested on a warrant issued on a petition to revoke a suspended sentence for a conviction of felony possession of methamphetamine. She was being held without bond.

Defendants are presumed innocent until proven guilty. Individuals are booked into jail on warrants issued by courts or on “preliminary charges” based on recommendations of investigating or arresting officers. Charges may change when a new case is filed in court by the prosecutor who reviews the case and makes the charging decision.
