March 3, 2023, 11:47 PM, Matthew Jefferson Perry, 40, Linton, Indiana, was arrested on a probation violation connected with DOC parole. He was being held without bond. Greene County Sheriff's Deputy Caleb Sipes was the arresting officer.

March 4, 2023, 1:25 PM, Thomas Lee Russell, 47, Jasonville, Indiana, was arrested on a new preliminary charge of felony domestic battery in the presence of a child less than 16 years old. He was being held on a surety only bond. Greene County Sheriff's Deputy Harvey Holt was the arresting officer.
