March 30, 2023, 2:43 PM, and Colbert Lee Marcum III, 41, Worthington, Indiana, was arrested on a warrant issued for failure to appear at his initial hearing on a charge of misdemeanor criminal trespassing. His bond was set at $5000 surety with 10% cash allowed. Worthington Police Officer D. Sparks was the arresting officer.

March 31, 2023, 12:55 AM, Hanna Marie Murley, 23, Jasonville, Indiana, was arrested on a new preliminary charge of felony possession of methamphetamine. She was being held without bond pending court appearance. Jasonville Police Officer Skylar Scott was the arresting officer.
