New entries on the morning Jail Log at the Greene County Sheriff’s Department on Tuesday, March 28, 2023:

March 27, 2023, 9:23 PM, Daniel Allen Wilson, 38, Jasonville, Indiana, was arrested on a warrant issued out of another county for failure to appear in a felony case. He was being held without bond. Jasonville Police Sergeant Brian Pilant was the arresting officer.

March 28, 2023, 7:13 AM, Shad Lee Robling, 45, Linton, Indiana, was arrested on a new preliminary charge of misdemeanor driving while suspended - second offense. His bond was set at $1000 surety with 10% cash allowed. Greene County Sheriff's Deputy Michael Stanley was the arresting officer.

Defendants are presumed innocent until proven guilty. Individuals are booked into jail on warrants issued by courts or on “preliminary charges” based on recommendations of investigating or arresting officers. Charges may change when a new case is filed in court by the prosecutor who reviews the case and makes the charging decision.
