New entries on the morning Jail Log at the Greene County Sheriff’s Department on Wednesday, Dec. 27, 2023:

Dec. 24, 5:57 PM, William Dale Isenogle, 18, Bloomfield, was arrested on a preliminary charge of domestic battery with serious bodily injury. His bond was set at $10,000 surety with 10% cash allowed. He was released after posting $1,000. Greene County Sheriff’s Department Deputy Devan Goad was the arresting officer. 

Dec. 26, 9:21 PM, Landon Joseph Reed,  28, Bloomington, was arrested on preliminary charges of operating a vehicle while intoxicated-endangerment, operating with a controlled substance in body, and operating a motor vehicle while intoxicated. His bond was set at $4,000 surety with 10% cash allowed. Greene County Sheriff’s Department Sgt. Jordan Allor was the arresting officer.

Defendants are presumed innocent until proven guilty. Individuals are booked into jail on warrants issued by courts or on “preliminary charges” based on recommendations of investigating or arresting officers. Charges may change when a new case is filed in court by the prosecutor who reviews the case and makes the charging decision.
