New entries on the morning Jail Log at the Greene County Sheriff’s Department on Wednesday, Oct. 4, 2023:

Oct. 3, 2:44 PM, Joey Lee Terrell, 46, homeless, was arrested on a warrant for theft of a vehicle. His bond was set at $4,000 surety with 10% cash allowed. 

Oct. 3, 2:55 PM, Harrod Clifton Cinamon, 39, Bloomfield, was arrested on preliminary charges of driving while suspended with a prior conviction within 10 years and operating or permitting operation without financial responsibility. His bond was set at $1,500 surety with 10% cash allowed. He was released after posting $150. Greene County Sheriff’s Department Deputy Devan Goad was the arresting officer.

Defendants are presumed innocent until proven guilty. Individuals are booked into jail on warrants issued by courts or on “preliminary charges” based on recommendations of investigating or arresting officers. Charges may change when a new case is filed in court by the prosecutor who reviews the case and makes the charging decision.
