New entries on the morning Jail Log at the Greene County Sheriff’s Department on Thursday, Oct. 19, 2023:

Oct. 18, 1:52 AM, Cody Dale Reeves, 29, Heltonville, was arrested on a warrant for criminal recklessness with a deadly weapon, resisting law enforcement, and driving while suspended with a prior conviction within 10 years. No bond was allowed. 

Oct. 18, 2:30 PM, Jalisa Crystal Greer, 31, Vincennes, was arrested on a warant for theft. No bond was allowed.

Defendants are presumed innocent until proven guilty. Individuals are booked into jail on warrants issued by courts or on “preliminary charges” based on recommendations of investigating or arresting officers. Charges may change when a new case is filed in court by the prosecutor who reviews the case and makes the charging decision.
