January 12, 2023, 2:07 PM, Heather Marie Jarrell, 31, Bloomfield, Indiana, was arrested on new preliminary charges of misdemeanor operating a vehicle while intoxicated, operating a vehicle while intoxicated with endangerment, possession of marijuana, possession of paraphernalia and possession of a controlled substance. She was being held without bond pending court appearance. Greene County Sheriff's Deputy Devan Goad was the arresting officer.

Defendants are presumed innocent until proven guilty. Individuals are booked into jail on warrants issued by courts or on “preliminary charges” based on recommendations of investigating or arresting officers.
