September 7, 2022, 10:04 PM, Lorie Renee Cullison, 42, Sandborn, Indiana, was arrested on new preliminary charges of felony domestic battery and misdemeanor possession of a controlled substance. She was being held without bond pending court appearance. Greene County Sheriff's Deputy Andrew Weeks was the arresting officer.

September 8, 2022, 3:12 AM, Kelly Irene Wilson, 39, Linton, Indiana, was arrested on new preliminary charges of felony possession of methamphetamine and misdemeanor possession of marijuana and possession of paraphernalia. She was being held without bond pending court appearance. Linton Police Officer Janzen Franklin was the arresting officer.

Defendants are presumed innocent until proven guilty. Individuals are booked into jail on warrants issued by courts or on “preliminary charges” based on recommendations of investigating or arresting officers. Charges may change when a new case is filed in court by the prosecutor who reviews the case and makes the charging decision.
