September 29, 2022, 9:35 AM, Tamra Lynn Metz, 33, Brazil, Indiana, was arrested on three warrants, one issued for failure to appear in a case involving misdemeanor theft and driving while suspended with a prior suspension within 10 years, another issued on a charge of felony theft, and a third issued out of Clay County on a petition to revoke a suspended sentence in a felony case. Her bond was set at $5000 surety with 10% cash allowed in the first. She posted $500 bond. In the second, bond was set at $4000 surety with 10% cash allowed. She posted $400. She was being held without bond in the Clay County case.

September 29, 2022, 12:42 PM, Elijiah David Scott Gwyn, 25, Bloomfield, Indiana, was arrested on a warrant issued on charges of felony operating a vehicle while intoxicated with endangerment and operating a vehicle with an alcohol concentration of .15 or more and misdemeanor operating a vehicle while intoxicated with endangerment and operating a vehicle with an alcohol concentration of .15 or more. His bond was set at $8000 surety with 10% cash allowed. He posted $800 and was released later the same day.

September 29, 2022, 11:33 PM, Roger Allen Burris II, 32, Jasonville, Indiana, was arrested on a warrant issued on charges of felony theft and misdemeanor resisting law enforcement and refusal to aid an officer. His bond was set at $5500 surety with 10% cash allowed. He was also being held on a warrant issued on a petition to revoke a suspended sentence for a conviction of misdemeanor criminal mischief. In that case he was being held without bond. Jasonville Police Officer Skylar Scott was the arresting officer.
