August 26, 2022, 10:07 AM, Andrew Raymond Macias, 28, Linton, Indiana, was arrested on new preliminary charges of felony battery against a law enforcement officer and misdemeanor criminal mischief. His bond was set at $8500 surety with 10% cash allowed. Linton Police Officer Cayden Walker was the arresting officer.

August 26, 2022, 1:22 PM, Tina Sue Lerch, 45, Solsberry, Indiana, was arrested on a warrant issued on a petition to revoke a suspended sentence for a conviction of felony possession of methamphetamine. She was being held without bond.
