August 23, 2022, 1:20 PM, Theresa Ann Winkles, 64, Gosport, Indiana, was arrested on a warrant issued on a charge of felony theft. Her bond was set at $4000 surety with 10% cash allowed. She posted $400 and was released later the same day.

August 23, 2022, 2:06 PM, Shalon Wayne Lewis McKey, 26, Spencer, Indiana, was arrested on a warrant issued for failure to appear in a case involving misdemeanor possession of marijuana. His bond was set at $5000 surety with 10% cash allowed. He posted $500 and was released later the same day.

August 23, 2022, 8:20 PM, Brayden Michael Pemberton, 19, Lyons, Indiana, was arrested on new preliminary charges of felony possession of methamphetamine and possession of a syringe and misdemeanor possession of a controlled substance. He was being held without bond pending court appearance. Linton Police Officer Cayden Walker was the arresting officer.
